WorkNode has signed a collective agreement with the employee organisation Sveriges Medarbetare.
The agreement has been entered into between the employer and the local employee organisation and governs employment terms at WorkNode.
Among other things, WorkNode's collective agreement governs:
- employment terms
- principles for compensation
- insurance
- other fundamental working conditions
The agreement applies to everyone employed by WorkNode, regardless of whether the individual is a member of the local Sveriges Medarbetare club. Membership is voluntary and does not affect the right to be covered by the agreement.
For the collective agreement to apply to a specific assignment, the assignment must be pre-registered with WorkNode before work begins. This pre-registration ensures that:
- an employment relationship can be established
- the correct terms apply from the outset
- insurance and other employer responsibilities apply during the assignment
Once the assignment has been pre-registered, the individual is covered by the terms arising from WorkNode's collective agreement.
WorkNode's model is designed to combine the flexibility of freelance work with clear, structured terms through collective regulation.
