Price and savings
- What does WorkNode PRO cost, and what does a 0% invoice fee mean?
WorkNode PRO costs SEK 995 per month. You pay no percentage service fee on invoices. Employer contributions and preliminary tax still affect your salary, and any add-on services may have separate costs.

At SEK 995 per month for PRO and 3.95% for FLEX, the service fees are equal at about SEK 25,190 in monthly invoicing excluding VAT. Above that amount, PRO’s service fee is lower. Also include months without invoicing during the commitment period when you compare.
Calculate with your own amount- How much lower is the fee if I invoice SEK 50,000 a month?
At SEK 50,000 excluding VAT, FLEX costs SEK 1,975 in service fee. PRO costs SEK 995, a difference of SEK 980 per month. The difference applies to the service fee; the increase in your net salary is smaller because employer contributions and tax also affect the salary.

It depends on your total invoicing during the subscription period. If you invoice a total of SEK 50,000 excluding VAT over six months, the FLEX fee is SEK 1,975. Six months of PRO costs SEK 5,970 at SEK 995 per month. Calculate the whole period, even when a single month has high invoicing.

Invoicing
- Can I send several invoices to different clients with PRO?
Yes. PRO covers unlimited invoicing to one or more clients during the subscription period. Each assignment needs to be registered and meet WorkNode’s terms.
Read the PRO terms- Do I need to start my own company if I invoice regularly?
No. Regular invoicing does not in itself mean you need your own company to use WorkNode. PRO lets you take approved assignments as an umbrella employee and receive the compensation as salary. Your own company can be a better fit if, for example, you want to hire staff, make larger investments or build up assets in the business.

Subscription
- Does WorkNode PRO have a commitment period?
Yes. You choose a commitment period of 6 or 12 months when you order PRO. Calculate the subscription’s total cost for the period you choose before you decide.

Yes. The subscription fee applies during the commitment period even when you do not invoice. A break between assignments does not end the subscription.
Read the subscription terms- How do I cancel PRO, and does the subscription renew automatically?
Cancel PRO in the platform or in writing to support@worknode.se at least 30 days before the end of the period. Otherwise the subscription is renewed automatically for the same commitment period.

Yes, but switching does not remove the remaining payment obligation for PRO. Plan the switch for the end of the subscription period and cancel PRO in time. Contact support to coordinate the transition.

Protection
- Are insurance and a collective agreement included automatically when I choose PRO?
The subscription does not mean that every type of work is covered automatically. Insurance requires that the assignment is registered, approved and covered by the insurance terms. A collective agreement requires advance notification and that the applicable terms are met.
- Does PRO give me a guaranteed salary every month?
No. PRO is a subscription for invoicing and employer administration. Your salary is based on the assignments you carry out and that the client pays. The subscription guarantees neither assignments nor a specific monthly income.
