We issue employer certificates through the service arbetsgivarintyg.nu and send the certificate to you by email when it is ready.

How long does it take to get an employer certificate?
We try to process all requests as quickly as possible. Normally, it takes up to a few working days from the time you request an employer certificate until it is sent to you. During busy periods, it may take a little longer, so please apply well in advance if you know that your case worker is waiting for the certificate.
Where will my employer certificate be sent?
The employer certificate is normally sent to you by email. In some cases, the unemployment insurance fund can retrieve information directly via arbetsgivarintyg.nu. If anything needs to be added, either we or the unemployment insurance fund will contact you.
