  • Worknode is an employer service for companies and organizations working with freelancers and temporary workers.

    We take full employer responsibility and manage payroll, insurance, taxes, collective agreements and HR support - so you avoid complex administration and legal risks.

  • Worknode is the formal employer. You as the client decide who will work and what will be done, but we handle all employer responsibilities.

  • No, they are not. All our employees are covered by collective agreements and basic insurance (TFA and TGL) through Worknode. We also manage sick pay administration, pension contributions and offer access to HR support, occupational health care and advice when needed.

  • You will receive a single invoice from Worknode regardless of how many freelancers you use.

    We handle all payroll payments to the individual, including reporting of taxes and social security contributions.

    Wages are paid to a bank account or via Swish and can be paid immediately, daily, weekly or monthly.

  • Our pricing is simple and transparent:

    • Basic fee: from SEK 399/month per employee

    • Payroll tax: 3.95% of the payroll

    This includes employer responsibilities, payroll management, collective agreements, insurance and HR support.

  • Yes, that's fine. Our hourly contracts are flexible and can be activated per assignment.

    The same person can go in and out of assignments as often as you need - without you handling the administration.

  • Worknode is responsible for managing sick pay in accordance with collective agreements and legislation - including administration, medical certificates and employer certificates.

    As a client, you do not need to do anything other than receive the information.

  • We share the responsibility. Worknode is responsible for formal health and safety management, but you as the client are responsible for safety in your workplace.

    We also offer occupational health and safety advice as an additional service.

  • Yes, you can decide on the job description, schedule and remuneration in consultation with the freelancer.

    We make sure it is within the framework of our collective agreements.

  • Very quickly. Book an introductory meeting and we'll help you with onboarding, contracts and support to set up the right structure.

  • Any company hiring freelancers, consultants or temporary staff can use our services.
