No. FLEX has no fixed monthly fee, so there is no subscription cost in months without invoicing. It suits you if you have breaks between assignments or invoice occasionally.

No. The 3.95% is WorkNode’s service fee. Employer contributions and preliminary tax also affect the amount paid out as salary. VAT on the client invoice is not part of your salary.

No. WorkNode has no minimum invoice amount. You can therefore use FLEX for smaller assignments as well. The assignment still needs to meet the terms of the service.

Yes. With WorkNode FLEX you can invoice approved assignments without starting a company or having your own F-tax. WorkNode is the employer for the assignment, invoices the client and pays the compensation to you as salary after fees and tax.

Yes. FLEX suits one-off assignments and freelance work alongside employment. Check any rules about secondary employment with your employer. Work that is part of your regular employment cannot instead be invoiced through WorkNode.

Create an account and connect the assignment to WorkNode before you agree the compensation with the client. The client should know that WorkNode is the contracting party and sends the invoice. Register the assignment and provide the information needed before the work starts.

No. The client does not need a WorkNode account to receive and pay the invoice. You provide the client’s invoice details and any reference, and the client pays WorkNode according to the details on the invoice.

The salary is normally in your account within 1–2 banking days after the client has paid, provided the payment can be matched to the invoice and the payroll basis is complete. Missing information or an incorrect payment reference can delay the payout.

WorkNode follows up unpaid invoices according to the current procedures. A late payment can also delay your salary, because salary is normally paid after the client’s payment. If the client disputes the invoice, the objection needs to be handled separately.

FLEX has a variable service fee of 3.95% and no fixed monthly fee. PRO costs SEK 995 per month and has no percentage fee on invoices. FLEX often suits occasional assignments, while PRO can mean a lower service cost for larger, recurring invoicing.

Yes. You can start with FLEX and choose PRO when your invoicing changes. Compare the cost for the whole period you plan to use PRO, and check the subscription start date and commitment period before you switch.
