Pre-registration

An assignment can be pre-notified at the earliest 5 days before the start of the assignment and must be supported by a valid contract from the client.

Pre-registration can only be made for a maximum of 4 calendar weeks ahead and the period must be specified:

• Date

• Hours

• Replacement

If the assignment extends over a longer period, you are required to continuously send pre-registration for the upcoming period.

You are responsible for ensuring that the insurance provided by Worknode covers the type of work to be performed.

Notification of rejection of the pre-registration will be sent via email within 3 days.
