Pre-registration

An assignment can be pre-notified at the earliest 5 days before the start of the assignment and must be supported by a valid contract from the client.

Pre-registration can only be made for a maximum of 4 calendar weeks ahead and the period must be specified:

• Date

• Hours

• Replacement

If the assignment extends over a longer period, you are required to continuously send pre-registration for the upcoming period.

You are responsible for ensuring that the insurance Worknode offers covers the type of work to be performed. If there is no insurance for the assignment, Worknode Freelance AB will not enter into any employment with you. You can read more about Worknode's insurance here

Notification of rejection of pre-registration will not be given as no employment relationship exists.
