After the client pays, the payment must be matched to the correct invoice and the salary basis completed before salary can be paid.

The payment reaches WorkNode with the invoice number or another reference.

The payment is matched
The correct amount is linked to the invoice and the assignment details are checked.
03 · PROCESS
The salary basis is prepared
The fee, employer contributions and preliminary tax are handled using the current details.
04 · PROCESS
Salary is paid
Once the payment and documentation are ready, salary can be paid to your account.
05 · DELAYS
What can delay a payout
- the client paid the wrong amount
- the payment lacks an invoice number or other reference
- client or assignment details are missing
- the invoice is disputed
- public holidays, bank processing days or other payment obstacles affect the transfer

Common questions about payouts
- When will I receive salary?
Salary is normally in your account within 1–2 banking days after the client pays, once the payment has been matched and the salary basis is complete.
- Why does a client payment not immediately appear as salary?
It must first be matched to the correct invoice, and the fee, tax and employer-contribution basis must be complete.
