WorkNode contacts the freelancer or relevant buyer if clarification is needed.

Perform and confirm the work
The freelancer performs the approved assignment and the parties retain relevant delivery records.

WorkNode invoices
The invoice contains details of the work, amount, reference, and due date.

The company pays and WorkNode handles salary
You pay under the stated terms. WorkNode then handles salary, preliminary tax, and employer contributions under the applicable terms.

Who does what?
The company
Orders and reviews the work, supplies accurate invoice details, and pays a correct invoice.
The freelancer
Registers the assignment, provides accurate information, and performs the work as agreed.
WorkNode
Reviews the information, invoices for the approved assignment, and handles salary and charges under the applicable terms.
04 · ISSUES
If something is wrong
Contact WorkNode if the invoice lacks a reference, the delivery is questioned, or the invoice is disputed. Include the invoice number and what needs investigating.
Do not pay an incorrect invoice before you and WorkNode have established what needs correcting.
