WorkNode is primarily a platform for invoicing without having your own company. It is intended for freelancers, consultants, self-employed contractors, hobbyists and entrepreneurs. This means that you can invoice for either the time you spend or the services you provide.
Although we do not have the resources to handle the accounting requirements for the sale of goods, several clients invoice for items such as works of art. In those cases, the value of the item is often linked to the time and skill invested by the artist, allowing it to be invoiced through us as a bespoke work.
If your sole purpose is to sell goods, alternative solutions include online shops or Klarna. Note, however, that Klarna requires you to have a registered business; a sole proprietorship is acceptable. If you later need help handling salaries and employer contributions, you can issue an invoice through WorkNode to your own sole proprietorship and invoice in that way.
