You can use your own candidates. We do not handle recruitment; we act as the employer and take care of all formal and administrative matters.

Can we influence the employment terms?
You can specify the parameters of the assignment, but employment terms must comply with the collective agreement and Swedish employment law.

We handle employment, salaries, taxes, insurance, the collective agreement and employment-law obligations for the workers you engage.
How quickly can we get started?
You can be up and running within one to two business days after we receive the necessary information.
