The calculation is an estimate and not a payslip. The final amount depends on approved details, taxes, fees and current terms. Read about pricing and terms or how self-employment works.

How the result is calculated

What do the numbers mean?

The calculator keeps invoice amount, WorkNode’s fee, employer contributions and estimated salary separate so you can see what is actually being compared.

  1. 01

    Invoice amount

The amount the client pays for the work excluding VAT. VAT is not salary.

  2. 02

    WorkNode’s fee

FLEX charges 3.95% of the invoice amount. PRO has a fixed monthly price from SEK 995/mo.

  3. 03

    Employer contributions

Employer contributions affect how large the gross salary can be and are handled by WorkNode.

  4. 04

    Gross salary

Gross salary is salary before personal tax. Your actual tax depends on your circumstances.
