This means that we must always respect the intellectual property rights of others and therefore produce and supply our products and/or services without unauthorised use of or infringement of another party's protected rights or trade secrets.

We do not tolerate child labour or work performed through force or threat of force. Children must not be economically exploited or perform work that may be harmful, interfere with their education, or endanger their health or physical, mental, spiritual, moral or social rights.

We must contribute to a society in which there is strong confidence in companies, enterprise, the market economy and the rule of law. We must therefore seek to promote high ethical standards in commercial relationships and actively prevent bribes, improper rewards and other forms of corruption from influencing our business relationships. We prohibit every form of bribery and improper reward in our operations.
