When the agreement is reasonable and consistent with our terms and conditions, WorkNode can be the formal contracting party to your client. You perform the assignment, WorkNode handles employer and contractual responsibilities within the agreed framework.

Help you understand what the contract means in practice: risks, expectations, and what is reasonable in your industry. We can also suggest adjustments you can take forward with the client.
Insurance control
Ensuring that existing insurance cover (liability, accident, travel, etc.) covers the mission, or if additional insurance is needed.

How it works - Step by step
The customer wants to sign a contract
You receive a draft contract from your client where they want a company to be the counterparty.
You submit the contract to WorkNode
You email the contract to kundavtal@worknode.se and provide basic information about the assignment: client, scope, fee, time period.
WorkNode reviews the agreement
We review the conditions and assess whether it is within our scope of responsibility.
You get feedback
Either:
that we can conclude the agreement as it is
that we can conclude the agreement if certain points are changed
or that we cannot be a contractor in this particular assignment
The agreement is signed
Once everything is approved, the contract is signed by WorkNode and the customer. You continue to use WorkNode PRO for invoicing, payroll, tax, pension and insurance.

The purpose is to make it easier for you as a consultant to take on assignments where the client requires an agreement with a legal entity, without having to have your own company.

Yes, it is. WorkNode always reserves the right to refuse an agreement, in whole or in part. This can be, for example, if:
Liability risk is too high
The industry requires special permits or licenses
The conditions go beyond what we can accept as an employer
If we cannot conclude the contract after review, you will receive clear feedback and, if possible, suggestions for adjustments.

Contract Extension costs SEK 499 per month (excl. VAT) and is only available to users with WorkNode PRO. The fee is charged continuously as long as the extension is active. The service is optional - you can use WorkNode PRO without the Contract Supplement, but if you want us to enter into contracts in our name for your assignments, this supplement needs to be activated.
