About the service

  • We manage the employment, payroll, taxes, insurance, collective agreements and labor law obligations of the staff you hire.

  • The service is particularly suitable for temporary, project, contract, freelance and consultant positions.

  • You can use your own candidates. We don't handle the recruitment, we act as the employer and take care of all the formal and administrative aspects.

  • You can be up and running within 1-2 working days after we receive the necessary information.

Employment & Contracts

  • You contact us and provide information about the candidate, the assignment and the scope. We will then send you an employment contract.

  • Worknode has a collective agreement with the Swedish employees' union.

  • You can specify the framework of the assignment, but employment conditions follow collective agreements and Swedish labor law.

Salaries & Costs

  • We charge 3.95% on the payroll and SEK 399/month per employee.

  • The wage cost is calculated as gross wage + employer's contributions + any pension and special payroll tax.

  • Normally 1-2 business days after the customer has paid the invoice.

  • You will receive one collective invoice per month or per assignment, whichever you prefer.

Administration & Processes

  • Via direct contact with your Worknode contact person.

  • Yes, we send regular cost overviews and can customize reports as needed.

  • The employee reports the absence to Worknode, which handles the contact with the Social Insurance Agency.

Safety & Responsibility

  • Responsibility for the work environment is shared. Worknode is responsible for the formal employer responsibility, while you as a customer are responsible for the work environment in the workplace. We work together to create a safe and secure work environment for the employee.

  • Worknode handles all labor law matters and is the legal party towards the employee.

  • Yes, all are covered by contractual insurance under the collective agreement (TFA & TGL).

  • Yes, you will always be assigned a responsible contact person who is available for questions.
