Health and safety policy & Checklist

Worknode Freelance AB

Worknode Freelance AB ("Worknode") aims to provide safe and secure self-employment for freelancers and temporary staff. This work environment policy aims to create the conditions for a safe, inclusive and healthy work environment for all employees and freelancers - regardless of the location or form of the assignment. The policy also includes a practical checklist to help you plan and carry out each assignment in a safe and professional manner.

Purpose and vision

We strive to ensure that everyone working through Worknode is able to do their job in good health, safety, free from risks and harassment. A good working environment is not a place - it is an interaction between conditions, technology, support and culture. Freedom with responsibility is a fundamental principle of self-employment. It means that you have the opportunity to take control of your work environment and take responsibility for acting professionally and safely.

Motivation, participation and self-control are important factors for a safe and secure freelance life. Everyone who is self-employed through Worknode should:

  • Be familiar with Worknode's health and safety objectives

  • Understand their own responsibilities and the importance of taking responsibility for their own work environment

  • Have the opportunity to influence their work situation

  • Have powers commensurate with the requirements of the mission

  • Take responsibility for your own health and safety

In the event of serious incidents, accidents or risk of injury, the incident is investigated by the responsible work environment function at the client together with Worknode. Together with the client, action plans for work environment measures are developed and continuously followed up.

Any safety representative of the client has the right to stop work in case of immediate and serious danger. Review action plans and propose measures
